Refund & Cancellation Policy
By completing your registration and proceeding with payment via Stripe, you (the "Participant" or "Representative") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
GENERAL NO-REFUND POLICY
All fees paid toward the FutureForge World Robot League 2026, including but not limited to Registration Fees and Merchandise Kit Fees, are strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed, no requests for refunds, partial refunds, or credit notes will be entertained, regardless of the reason for withdrawal (e.g., medical issues, travel visa rejection, or scheduling conflicts).
MANDATORY MERCHANDISE KIT TERMS
The Merchandise Kit is a customized, mandatory component of the tournament experience.
-
Final Sale: Kits are produced based on the specific quantities and sizes ordered during registration. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
-
Sizing Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that the correct T-shirt sizes are selected during the checkout process. Once the payment is made, sizes are considered final and cannot be changed.
-
Defects: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, participants must report the issue at the Counter on the first day of the event for a 1-to-1 exchange (subject to stock availability).
REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE & ADMIN RIGHTS
Payment does not automatically guarantee participation.
-
Verification Period: All registrations are subject to a 2-working-day administrative verification to ensure all team details, category eligibility, and rules compliance are met.
-
Right to Reject: The Organizer reserves the absolute right to reject any registration that is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or in violation of the competition rules.
-
Non-Refundable Rejections: In the event a registration is rejected due to participant error or failure to adhere to the rules, the "No-Refund" policy remains in effect.
PARTICIPANT SUBSTITUTION (TRANSFER POLICY)
While we do not offer refunds, we allow for the substitution of team members to accommodate unforeseen circumstances:
-
Eligibility: A registered participant may be replaced by another student from the same school/center, provided they meet the age and category requirements.
-
Deadline: Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the admin team at least 14 working days prior to the event (July 10, 2026).
-
Kit Constraint: The Merchandise Kit size originally ordered for that slot cannot be changed for the new participant.
FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT ALTERATIONS
The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue-related emergencies at PPAS).
-
Event Rescheduling: If the event is postponed due to Force Majeure, all registrations will be automatically carried forward to the new date.
-
Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event of a total cancellation, any potential refunds or credits will be issued at the sole discretion of the Organizer, minus any non-recoverable administrative and production costs (e.g., Stripe fees and merchandise manufacturing).
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
Completion of the payment constitutes a binding agreement. Participants are advised to review their team details and the official Rulebook thoroughly before finalizing their order.
