Welcome to the official website of the FutureForge World Robot League 2026. By registering for the event or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The event "FutureForge World Robot League 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is organized by FutureForge (Non-Profit) and managed by Walnut Education Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizers").
The Event will take place from the date listed in the "Home" page of the website at the venue selected listed in the "Venue" webpage.
ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
Participation is open to local and international students according to the age groups specified for each competition category listed in the "Competition" Webpage.
All registration must be completed through the official portal. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment (where applicable).
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to meet eligibility criteria.
FEES & REFUNDS
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the Event is canceled by the Organizers.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs.
COMPETITION RULES & TECHNICAL STANDARDS
Participants must adhere to the official Rulebook & Technical Specifications for their respective categories.
The Technical Team’s decision on hardware inspection (scrutineering) and game results is final. No appeals will be entertained once the results are verified.
The Organizers reserve the right to amend competition rules at any time to ensure safety or fair play, with notification provided to participants.
AMENDMENTS
Robotics competitions involve hardware, electrical components, and moving parts. Participants are responsible for the safe operation of their robots.
Battery Safety: All Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) batteries must be handled and charged in designated safety zones using fire-proof charging bags.
The Organizers and the Venue Provider (PPAS) shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property/equipment during the Event.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
FutureForge promotes a spirit of sportsmanship and mutual respect. Any form of harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.
Participants must respect the property and facilities of Perpustakaan Raja Tun Uda (PPAS). Any damage to venue property will be the financial responsibility of the perpetrator.
CODE OF CONDUCT
By attending the Event, participants and visitors grant the Organizers the right to use their likeness in photographs, videos, and digital media for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants retain ownership of their original code and designs; however, the Organizers reserve the right to document and showcase projects as part of the Event highlights.
MEDIA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Organizers will only use personal data for Event-related purposes, including registration, certificate printing, and PAJSK point submission.
Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except for official government reporting (e.g., Ministry of Education).
DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)
The Organizers shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations if the Event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies).
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
